Frequently asked questions

Are these physical products?

The Christmas Collection links to digital products. Check the Etsy listing for the included formats, contents and instructions. No physical parcel is sent for a digital download.

Where do I purchase?

The “View on Etsy” button opens the corresponding product in our Etsy shop. Etsy shows the current price and available purchase options.

Where do I get my files?

For Etsy purchases, follow the download instructions provided with your Etsy order. For purchases made directly in the website shop, use the private Christmas Library link provided for that order.

Can I share the files?

Check the licence included with your product. Personal use and commercial use are different, and purchasing a file does not automatically permit sharing or reselling it.

How do I print a PDF?

Choose the correct A4 or US Letter version, follow the product instructions and print one test page before the whole document.
